The hotel was quiet and excellent overall. The venue staff were top-class and attentive. The hotel's location was excellent and absolutely perfect, with a short walk to The Mall at Robinson and a park.

I loved everything it was very convenient to be close to the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our romantic escape. We especially enjoyed the balcony that provided a lovely view of the pool. The staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

There were a few disappointing aspects. Additionally, there were no nearby food options, so we had to bring our own meals.

The food for breakfast was outstanding. I enjoyed having rooms with a fold-out sofa. The staff were accommodating and super friendly. The setting is excellent, not far from all local attractions like The Mall at Robinsons and downtown.

I liked the room. Very spacious lots of room to walk and breath.

The shower water would turn very cold when the nob is on hot. Front desk ssid they've had the complaint before but seems like the hot water issue hasn't been fixed. The spa was out of order was not told by staff about it. Found out on my own while walking to the spa.

Clean rooms and friendly staff, always serviced daily. Good Wi-Fi for a hotel and a convenient location near Settlers Ridge with many dining options.

Rooms are a bit outdated and need some updating. Some furniture is stained and there are dings in the walls.

Housekeeping. They left our room door open ! Never cleaned our room on day 2. Housekeeping manager needs to look for a new job. Wet towels too!

This place has a great setting with restaurants and stores right next door. You can easily access the shopping area at Robinsons and there are plenty of restaurant options within a 2-mile radius.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to visit nearby stores and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a fold-out sofa for extra convenience. The basic amenities were all available and in good condition. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a variety of filling choices. I would be happy to stay here again when I visit the area.
